Install the purpose-built VSE drive and mounting components on a compatible CNC vise.

2. Run the Guided Setup

Configure the vise direction, travel, screw movement, and mechanical backlash using the touchscreen wizards.

3. Save the Job

Store the opening position, unclamp clearance, clamp settings, production target, and inspection interval.

4. Run Automatically

Allow the CNC machine, cobot, and ViseCore 3 to exchange commands and status signals throughout the production cycle.
